I have Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome and am in pain every waking hour, a lot of the time severe pain. My whole upper body is full of tender points and knots. I have pain throughout my whole body, but the bulk of it is in my neck, shoulders, back, and down both arms. I've been out of work for over a year and am getting ready to go back. Since I bought this, I have confidence it will help me enough to handle a reduced schedule. I also have a shoulder and neck massager and a back massager, but this seems to help the most. I lay it on the floor with a yoga mat under the top to get into my neck. I wear a very thin shirt or use it on bare skin. If it's too much for you, just wear something thicker. When I lay on it, it's like I experience euphoria. I roll around on it and bring my knees into my chest and rock back and forth on my back and the pain is drastically diminished or goes away. The pain does come back, but I do it several times a day and look forward to doing it. I've also had many more bearable days since I started using it, so it just may have some longterm healing properties. I just can't stress enough how much this is helping me. If you have pain, you need to buy this. It could change your life, or at least, help you make it through the day and give you some relief. This is the best $30.00 I've ever spent!!

I have been using this acupressure mat for about 7 months now. I use it for 30 minutes every day. I have chronic health issues and heart arrhythmia and this mat is like a reset button for me. The pain relief is amazing! Using this mat daily has decreased my depression and I have more energy. I take this mat with me when I travel.
I would give this mat 10 stars if that were an option! I have not received any favors, discounts or money for writing this review. I would recommend the Nayoya acupressure mat to anyone who is battling chronic health issues, pain issues, auto immune illnesses or anyone who benefits from full body relaxation.

I am completely amazed at the relief this little mat has given me. When I lay on my back on it I get up, not only with pain eased, but feeling rejuvenated and full of energy. The first few days I tossed it off as placebo effect but after a month of the same effect I have to admit there is something here that I may not understand but my body sure does! I won't say it has ended my back pain, but it certainly has reduced it each day so that I can do more and feel better while doing it. I have found the benefits increasing as the weeks go by. So, if you buy one, don't give up if you don't notice results right away. The effects can be subtle, especially if you are looking for relief of a long standing trouble spot. But pay attention to how your whole body responds and it can be quite remarkable the longer you use it.

This is a MUST HAVE if you have back or neck pain. Seriously. I had intense, debilitating nerve pain in my back due to a rare condition caused by a car accident. The pain was such that it often couldn't even be resolved through the use of a nerve drug combined with a strong narcotic
The first time I got on it, I timed myself and could barely last 10 minutes. The entire time my mind couldn't stop focusing on the "pain." However, it really didn't take long at all to get used to it, and I was very motivated to get used to it, because each time I got off it, my nerve pain was significantly better!
