I get headaches pretty much every day from my TMJ and stress. I take some medication and use this on my head and my headaches go away. I have even worn it to bed to help me fall asleep when the pain is so bad. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish it stayed cold longer.

Game changer for migraines. I get really bad migraines at-least 3 times a month. I’m talking about the migraines that last for 12 hours and make you physically sick. Light and noise is unbearable. The nausea is horrible. Prescription migraine Medicine almost can’t touch the migraine if you can’t get medicine in your system at the onset of the migraine.. The kind of migraine where you just have lay in bed in a dark room wearing an eye mask and fan blowing on your face. Although, my migraine doesn’t magically go away wearing this, it is a instant noticeable relief on all my migraine symptoms. I use to make my own “migraine head wraps” using rice and a big tube sock. Those were the days. This is a game changer. If I can take medicine at the start of a migraine and put this on, it definitely helps knock out my migraine more quickly. I’m going to buy 2 more.

Amazing! I just bought my third. My wife has migraines and she loves this mask. She says it's material keeps it cool and with the pressure, feels great. Helps take her headaches away. My daughter loved it as well, so I ended up buying a second for her since she kept commenting about it. I have a friend who has started getting migraines after recent surgery, so I just purchased #3 as an Xmas present. I love it warmed up a bit in the microwave for sinus headaches too. I'm usually pretty skeptical, but these really do make a difference. :)

It's a nice product, fits comfortably and although my relief was temporary, I would recommend it. Certainly, for the cold use. Be careful, as it will brain-freeze if you don't let it sit at room temperature after being in the freezer. I have used it less on the warmer side and again, make sure you check the temperature before use, when taking it from the microwave.

Best product I’ve found for Migraine relief!
I LOVE this product! So much so that there are currently 8 of their products in my home. 6 of the headache ones, one for my elbow, and one for my knee. Honestly the gel generally gets cold enough on its own and I don’t often have to freeze them.
About a year ago I started suffering from multiple migraines a week— sometimes every day. I stumbled across these trying to find some relief. I’ve had 4 for nearly a year, but after 11 months of nearly daily use, they’ve started to become hard… the gel sections have slowly shrunk and now they are hard around the edges. But here’s the thing, I ordered more. Having these in my life has really made that big of a difference. Not sure if they have an expected lifespan, or maybe I’m just over using them. But I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

If you get headaches at all this is the product for you! It doesn’t freeze hard, and it’s elastic holds the heat/cold right in place. I can feel it helping with pain in close to 1-2 mins. Don’t suffer with migraines or headaches ever again.

I love that there is no strap or obtrusive velcro. It just slips on so smooth. It is so comforting to sleep in. It really helped when I had a migrain after a car accident. It is easy to use. I love the weight. The material. It is wonderful.
